			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the successful launch of Aashiana Housing Lahore, Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has pioneered another project by the name of Aashiana Housing Sargodha. Like previous project Aashiana Housing Sargodha is also specified especially for the people having low-income range and those who are handicapped, widows, and families of Shuhdah (Martyres).</p>
<p>In this era, where inflation is in supremacy, owning a house remains a dream for the lower-middle class of the society. Ashiana Housing Sargodha is a project by Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC) in collaboration with Bank of Punjab (BOP).</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>
<p>Aashiana Housing Sargodha is associated with the current project of Government Nawaz Sharif Boys Degree College. It is 2km away from Medical College located on Faisalabad Road.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Payment Plan:</strong></p>
<p>In Ashiana Housing Sargodha, they are offering 3 Marla fully constructed houses in just Rs. 11, 90,000/- Payment can be made in easy installments with a 25% advance of the house price in other than installments. Moreover 5% discount will be given to those who submit full payment or you can say down payment.</p>
<p><strong>Distinctive Benefits</strong></p>

<li>People with income equivalent to or less then Rs. 20,000/- are eligible      to own a house in this project</li>

<li>Allotment of the houses will be done through fair balloting</li>

<p>The project is also aimed for facilitating its residents with wide and vast roads, good sewerage and drain system, electricity and water supply, hospital and transportation, commercial Area and Parks, Health Club and Community Centers alike other facilities. Government of Punjab will also cooperate in acquiring Loan from the Bank to support the purchase of house.</p>
<p>After initiating this supportive project the management of Aashiana Housing is also aiming to extend their project to other cities.</p>
<p><strong>Application Form:</strong></p>
<p>Only those individuals whose monthly income is less than PKR 20,000/-, are qualified to apply. The interested buyers are required to fill a form issued by <strong>PLDC</strong> and submit with a processing fee of <strong>Rs. 890</strong> in all Branches of <strong>Bank of Punjab Sargodha Division</strong> till <strong>15<sup>th</sup> July 2011.</strong></p>
