Important Notice
a. All Installments must be paid before 10th of every month.
b. All extra charges will be payable within 120 days from the date of booking.
c. Outer Development and Documentation charges for Lease, Loan and Connection charges for gas, electricity, water & sewerage will be charged extra paid within 90 days from the date of Booking and when demanded by the company as these charges are not included in the above-mentioned cost.
d. The allocation of unit shall remain Provisional unit full & final payment is received by the company.
NOTE: All payments shall be made against official receipts with authorized signature through Cheques/Cash/Pay Order Demand Draft, duly crossed in favor of “AREESHA CITY” and deposited or sent at their office.
Insurance Coverage
They are also providing insurance coverage facility provided by Shaheen Insurance Company. They claimed that they are first Construction Company offering insurance coverage facility concept in Pakistan. According to them the insurance will be immediately given on the booking of the house. In case of death or disability of the allottee by the accident the nominee will get the house free of cost.
